Value Packline Operator

Wavepoint Logistics is seeking a Value Packline Operator to support our integrated warehousing and transportation operations. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor automated value packline equipment to safely and accurately package products for distribution across North America. Responsibilities include machine setup and basic adjustments, conducting quality checks, verifying counts and labels, and recording data in warehouse systems. You'll work closely with warehouse and shipping teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor value packline equipment to meet daily production targets
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for different products
• Inspect packaged goods for accuracy, quality, and proper labeling
• Follow safety, GMP, and warehouse standards in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Complete production logs and accurately record counts in warehouse systems
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams to maintain workflow
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
