DME Express LLC is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our durable medical equipment facility. In this role, you will oversee staff, logistics, and inventory to ensure rapid, accurate delivery, setup, and retrieval of equipment for hospices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities. You'll manage scheduling, routing, and stock levels while enforcing safety and compliance standards. Working closely with healthcare partners, you will resolve service issues, support patient-focused outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the medical equipment site, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and retrieval of durable medical equipment
  • Supervise and schedule site staff, including drivers and technicians, to meet service and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure equipment availability and accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare, safety, and company policies, documenting incidents and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to address service needs, resolve issues, and support patient-focused outcomes
  • Track key performance metrics such as delivery times, quality, and customer satisfaction, implementing process improvements
  • Train and mentor team members on procedures, equipment handling, and customer service expectations
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the site, vehicles, and equipment
  • Use routing, inventory, and tracking software to manage orders and prioritize workloads
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and leadership, providing regular operational updates and reports
