Swim Instructor

WeAquatics, a premier swimming service provider, is seeking a passionate and skilled Swim Instructor to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction in swimming techniques to students of all ages and abilities. As a Swim Instructor, you will use your expertise to foster a safe and supportive learning environment, promote water safety, and help students achieve their personal swimming goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs and abilities of students.
• Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing pool rules and regulations and by being prepared for emergency situations.
• Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and foster a love for swimming.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and skills assessment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize events such as swim meets or water safety campaigns.
