HVAC Service Supervisor

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a team of residential and light commercial technicians. In this field-based role, you'll oversee scheduling, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while providing hands-on technical support and coaching. Partnering with dispatch and management, you'll monitor KPIs, control job costs, and ensure code-compliant work. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and performance of HVAC service technicians
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and workload to meet customer demand
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and field coaching
• Conduct quality checks and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and approval of repair/replacement work
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and job costs to meet branch goals
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for technicians
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct regular safety meetings
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and management to optimize operations
