Resin Utility

DUREZ CORP is seeking a Resin Utility team member to support thermoset molding compound and phenolic resin production in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include staging and transferring raw materials, monitoring resin processing equipment, performing routine adjustments, collecting samples, and recording production data. The role assists operators with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting while following strict safety, quality, and environmental procedures. This position supports continuous improvement, efficient material flow, and reliable operation of advanced materials manufacturing for automotive, electrical, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Stage and transfer raw materials to resin and molding compound production areas
• Monitor resin processing and related equipment and report abnormalities
• Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Collect product samples and record production and quality data
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support housekeeping standards
• Support continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives
• Communicate with operators, maintenance, and supervisors on production status
