HVAC Installation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential and light commercial HVAC installation teams
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly installation jobs
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards, codes, and ARS-Rescue Rooter quality guidelines
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex installation issues
• Train, coach, and mentor installers and apprentices
• Verify materials, equipment, and permits are ready for each job
• Monitor job costs, productivity, and timelines to meet performance targets
• Partner with sales and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience
• Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction scores
• Enforce safety-first culture and support ongoing technical training
