Plumbing Service Manager

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead residential and light commercial plumbing operations. In this role, you'll supervise service plumbers, oversee daily scheduling and dispatch, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety and compliance standards. You will handle customer escalations, review work orders, manage parts and inventory, and support accurate estimating and job costing. The manager will train and mentor technicians, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential and light commercial plumbing technicians
• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch, and workflow management
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality standards on all jobs
• Handle customer escalations and support high customer satisfaction
• Review work orders and support accurate estimating and job costing
• Manage parts, tools, and truck inventory for plumbing operations
• Train, coach, and mentor plumbers to improve technical performance
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, revenue, and callback rates
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and profitability
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new plumbing team members
