Noble Casing Inc seeks a Health/Safety/Environmental professional to lead HSE programs in our oilfield operations. This role develops and implements safety procedures, conducts field audits, supports incident investigations, and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry standards. You'll train crews, perform JHAs, track KPIs, and partner with operations to reduce risk and drive a safety-first culture. Ideal candidates bring strong oilfield HSE experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced field environments across major energy regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures for field operations
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) in drilling and completion environments
- Support and lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and recurring HSE training to field crews and supervisors
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards; maintain required records and documentation
- Track and analyze HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with operations leadership to plan safe work practices for casing, tubular, and related services
- Promote a strong safety culture through visible field presence, coaching, and reinforcement of expectations
