• Welcome and assist customers at the branch during and after Career Day hiring event
• Process short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and check cashing transactions accurately
• Deliver high-quality customer service to underbanked consumers
• Follow compliance procedures, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Promote appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and cash balancing
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing tasks and daily reporting
