HR Generalist

Rheo Engineering is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing manufacturing team designing advanced powder handling and containment systems. In this hands-on role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration for both hourly and salaried staff. You'll handle employee relations, benefits coordination, HRIS and records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. Partner closely with operations and leadership to support a safe, high-performance culture focused on innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement in a practical, engineering-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles
• Administer HRIS, employee records, and HR documentation
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries
• Support employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies
• Assist with performance management, reviews, and development plans
• Support safety-focused, high-performance manufacturing culture
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership
• Coordinate training, orientations, and HR communications
• Partner with operations and leadership on workforce planning and staffing
