Event Staff/Security

BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld company, seeks Event Staff/Security to support stadiums, arenas, and major events. In this role, you'll greet guests, monitor access points, check credentials, assist with crowd flow, and report safety or security concerns. You'll follow established procedures, work closely with supervisors and teammates, and provide professional, courteous service to all guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at stadiums, arenas, and large events
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas for access control
• Check tickets, passes, and credentials in assigned zones
• Support crowd flow, line management, and wayfinding
• Observe and report safety, security, or behavioral concerns to supervisors
• Follow incident reporting and communication procedures via radio
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to all guests
• Assist with emergency procedures as directed by supervisors
• Adhere to company, venue, and event security policies and guidelines
