Bartender

SSP is hiring a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Operations team. In this frontline guest-service role, you will craft and serve beverages, provide exceptional hospitality, and maintain a clean, well stocked bar. You'll manage cash and POS transactions accurately while adhering to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to support smooth operations and deliver a high quality experience to every guest throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Engage guests with friendly, efficient bar service
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and closeout procedures accurately
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and product rotation
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage team to support smooth operations
• Follow all health, safety, and security guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
