Production Operator

C&S Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable Production Operator to support client operations in the administrative, support, and waste management industry. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, handle materials, and perform basic inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. You'll follow established procedures, keep accurate production logs, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to support client manufacturing and waste management processes
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Load, unload, and organize materials and finished products
• Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors
• Complete basic production documentation and logs accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow instructions from C&S Employment Solutions and client site leads regarding assignments and shifts
