Store Manager

Duluth Trading Company seeks a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll drive sales, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and bring our functional, hard working brand to life on the sales floor. You'll recruit, train, and schedule team members, oversee merchandising and inventory, and uphold store standards for safety and compliance. Partnering closely with corporate teams, you'll execute promotions, analyze performance metrics, and champion Duluth's down to earth, customer focused culture every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales and profitability goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach store team members
• Ensure strong product presentation and merchandising that reflects the brand
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and support loss prevention
• Analyze sales metrics to drive performance and identify opportunities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment

• Partner with corporate teams on promotions, events, and product launches
