Automotive Service Advisor

865 Autos LLC, a small, customer-focused used-car dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. You'll be the primary contact for service customers-greeting guests, writing repair orders, explaining recommendations, and coordinating with technicians. In this hands-on role, you'll schedule work, prepare estimates, process payments, and look for appropriate opportunities to upsell maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for service customers in a small used-car dealership
• Write and manage repair orders from check-in to vehicle delivery

• Upsell appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily service calendar
• Process payments, invoices, and basic warranty or coverage questions
