Registered Nurse

Signature Consulting Services LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide clinical expertise across consulting engagements for public sector and commercial clients. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, develop and document care plans, and support care coordination and quality initiatives. You will translate clinical insights into clear recommendations, collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams, and help design and refine client workflows. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient-centered nursing care in support of client projects.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate services across providers.
• Document care activities accurately in EMR/EHR systems and produce clear clinical reports.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to translate clinical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Educate patients, families, and client stakeholders on care plans, health conditions, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, HIPAA, and client-specific policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance measurement initiatives for client engagements.
• Contribute nursing expertise to the design and refinement of clinical workflows and programs.
