Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality outpatient rehab care. In this role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, deliver therapeutic exercises and modalities, and track patient progress. You'll educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and assist with scheduling and clinic flow. Responsibilities

• Implement Physical Therapist-designed treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and use of modalities.
• Monitor, document, and report patient response and progress in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs.
• Support clinic efficiency through scheduling assistance and room preparation.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and follow infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, front office staff, and other clinicians to optimize care.
• Participate in in-services, mentorship, and continuing education activities.
