Automotive Retail Assistant Manager

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Retail Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. In this hands-on role, you'll help lead a team, oversee tire and auto service workflow, manage inventory, and support scheduling, training, and safety standards. You'll assist with performance goals, merchandising, and store appearance while resolving customer issues with honesty and integrity. Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Support and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Help manage tire and automotive service workflow and scheduling
• Monitor and maintain inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
• Assist with sales goals, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and problem resolution
• Support training and development of new and existing staff
• Coordinate with technicians to meet service timelines and quality standards
• Process transactions and paperwork accurately and efficiently
