Dining Room Server Waitstaff

Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Dining Room Server/Waitstaff to provide warm, attentive meal service to residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this resident-centered role, you'll greet and seat residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and support special dietary needs while ensuring dignity and respect. You'll keep the dining room clean, safe, and welcoming, follow food safety and infection control standards, and work closely with kitchen and care teams. Responsibilities

• Greet residents, take meal orders, and provide courteous table service
• Serve food and beverages according to dietary guidelines and safety standards
• Set, bus, and reset tables; maintain a clean, organized dining room
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and concerns to kitchen and care teams
• Follow sanitation, infection control, and food-handling procedures
• Assist residents with mobility and seating while promoting dignity and independence
• Support a resident-centered, hospitality-focused dining experience
• Collaborate with care and hospitality staff to ensure timely meal service
• Participate in training on dementia care, safety, and customer service
• Report safety, maintenance, or health concerns promptly to supervisors
