General Manager

Ulta Beauty is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead overall store performance, guest experience and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. This role oversees sales, service, operations and talent for a multi-department beauty store, aligning daily execution to company standards. The General Manager drives revenue, manages payroll and expenses, maintains visual and operational excellence, and ensures flawless execution of promotions. You will recruit, train and coach a diverse team, foster an inclusive, guest-obsessed culture, and create clear growth paths while partnering closely with district and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, sales and service to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Drive an exceptional guest experience aligned with Ulta Beauty's service standards
• Recruit, onboard, schedule and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
• Manage payroll, budgeting and expense control to optimize profitability
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising, inventory, and operational standards
• Oversee compliance with company policies, safety and loss prevention procedures
• Analyze sales results and KPIs to create and execute action plans
• Partner with district leadership on strategy, performance, and talent planning
• Champion Ulta Beauty culture, diversity, and ongoing training initiatives
