Experience Manager

As an Experience Manager at Ulta Beauty, you will lead daily retail operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience and strong business results. Partnering with Retail Operations and Beauty Advisors, you'll coach and inspire teams to provide personalized product recommendations, demos, and elevated service across cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and salon services. You'll analyze sales and service metrics, optimize merchandising and store appearance, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a seamless, guest-focused experience.
• Coach, schedule, and develop Beauty Advisors and retail teams to meet sales and service goals.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and service metrics to improve conversion and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee merchandising, planogram execution, and product presentation standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness, tester management, and an exceptional overall store appearance.
• Partner with salon and services teams to promote services and integrated beauty experiences.
• Resolve guest issues and escalations, ensuring timely and empathetic solutions.
• Implement company policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for in-store team members.
• Drive local marketing and community events that reflect Ulta's inclusive, innovative culture.
