shift supervisor

SSP is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Food & Beverage Operations in the Hospitality & Travel sector. You will lead front-line teams during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, safe food handling, and smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training staff, monitoring quality and cleanliness, handling cash and POS transactions, resolving guest issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and security procedures. You will collaborate with managers to meet sales targets, control inventory and waste, and support a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage shift operations
• Lead, coach, and train team members on service and safety standards
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns
• Oversee safe food handling and sanitation compliance
• Monitor cash handling and POS accuracy
• Manage inventory levels, waste, and stock rotation
