PMHNP with CALIFORNIA License

Rula Health is seeking a California-licensed PMHNP to deliver high-quality telehealth psychiatric care. In this fully remote, mission-driven role, you'll conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and collaborate closely with therapists and care teams to support adults with behavioral health needs. You'll use evidence-based practices, document in an EHR, and participate in case reviews and quality initiatives. Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult patients via telehealth
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and care teams
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor progress, side effects, and treatment adherence
• Document all encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other behavioral health professionals
• Ensure care delivery aligns with evidence-based guidelines and health plan requirements
• Support crisis intervention and appropriate escalation or referrals when needed
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
