Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to adult and geriatric inpatients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document care, assessments, and outcomes in the EHREducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Support a patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care environment
