STORE MANAGER

Safelite is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations in our automotive glass repair and replacement center. You will oversee daily shop performance, drive sales of auto glass services and parts, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing and coaching technicians and front-line staff, optimizing schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing safety and quality standards. You'll analyze KPIs, control costs, and implement company initiatives while fostering a collaborative culture focused on innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across mobile and in-shop services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the auto glass retail/service location
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians and front-line associates
• Drive sales of auto glass services, parts, and related products
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
• Manage store budget, scheduling, and labor costs
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a superior service experience
• Implement corporate initiatives, promotions, and process improvements
• Recruit, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for store staff
