Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support underbanked consumers with short-term credit solutions. In this fast-paced finance and insurance setting, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain loan and financial products in English and Spanish, process payments, and resolve account questions with accuracy and care. You will follow strict compliance and privacy standards, document each interaction, and meet performance goals. Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support via phone and in person for financial products and services
• Explain short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and related products to customers clearly and accurately
• Assist customers with loan applications, account inquiries, payments, and transaction processing
• Adhere to company, state, and federal compliance, privacy, and collections regulations
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in company systems with accuracy
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services
• Collaborate with branch and operations staff to resolve complex customer issues
• Participate in ongoing training on products, systems, and regulatory requirements
• Support branch operations tasks as needed, including basic administrative and cash-handling duties
