Wait Staff

Aramark is currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Wait Staff at our various service locations. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a satisfactory dining experience for all guests. As a member of the Wait Staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on excellence and innovation in catering to universities, schools, hospitals, and more. This position requires individuals who can excel in a fast-paced setting, adeptly manage multiple tasks, and maintain poise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve meals and beverages to guests, and make menu recommendations if asked
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and resolve any issues that arise
• Process payments and maintain a clean and tidy dining area
• Adhere to general hygiene and food safety standards set by the company and the industry
• Participate in all briefings and necessary culinary trainings
