Bar-back

ARAMARK is seeking a Bar-back for the Overland Park Convention Center to support bar operations during events. In this role, you will restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and supplies; maintain clean, organized bar and storage areas; and assist bartenders with setup, basic drink preparation, keg changes, and breakdown. You will follow strict safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and bar supplies during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage, and service stations
• Assist with keg changes, ice stocking, and basic drink preparation as directed
• Collect, clean, and return glassware and bar tools to proper locations
• Follow all Aramark safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
• Provide friendly, efficient support to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Assist with event setup and breakdown of bar stations
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
