Collision Estimator

Harry Brown's in Faribault, MN is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our ABRA Auto Body team. In this role, you'll greet customers, inspect collision damage, create accurate repair estimates, and clearly explain recommended work and timelines. You'll work closely with technicians, parts, and insurance partners to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and on-time, high-quality repairs. Responsibilities

• Greet collision repair customers and gather vehicle and damage information
• Inspect vehicles to assess collision damage and required repairs
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
• Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to verify repair plans and parts needs
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to obtain approvals
• Document all damage, photos, and repair notes in the management system
• Update customers and insurers on repair status and delivery timelines
• Ensure repairs align with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
• Support a friendly, customer-first, and team-oriented shop culture
