Psychiatrist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychopharmacology and medication management
• Monitor treatment response, safety, and side effects, adjusting care as needed
• Document all patient encounters in the electronic health record accurately and timely
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and other care team members
• Offer telehealth and in-office appointments in compliance with clinical standards
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in case consultations, quality initiatives, and professional development
