Meal Plan Operations & Analytics Manager

ARAMARK seeks a Meal Plan Operations & Analytics Manager to optimize campus and institutional meal plan performance. In this role, you will oversee daily meal plan operations, ensuring accuracy in accounts, usage, and billing while maintaining food service standards. You will analyze sales, traffic, and utilization data to forecast demand, control food and labor costs, and recommend pricing and plan design changes. Partner with dining, finance, and client teams to deliver insights, improve guest satisfaction, and support strategic growth in a culture grounded in safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day meal plan operations, including account accuracy and billing
• Analyze meal plan usage, traffic, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Forecast demand to align staffing, production, and inventory with guest needs
• Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs to meet financial targets
• Recommend meal plan structures, pricing, and promotions based on data insights
• Develop dashboards and reports for dining, finance, and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with campus and institutional partners to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives across dining operations
• Train and support frontline teams in meal plan policies and system use
