Retail Manager

As a Retail Manager at ARAMARK's Singing River location, you will lead daily retail operations within a fast-paced accommodation and food services environment. You will oversee a frontline team, drive excellent customer service, and ensure product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, managing inventory and merchandising, monitoring cash handling and POS accuracy, and meeting sales and profitability targets. You'll collaborate closely with partners and leadership, modeling Aramark's values of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while creating positive experiences for guests and the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations at the Singing River location in an accommodation and food services setting
• Lead, schedule, train, and coach frontline staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with Aramark standards for cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and product presentation to drive sales
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and financial controls
• Track and work toward sales, margin, and profitability targets
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction
• Collaborate with on-site partners and Aramark leadership to align on goals and promotions
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance
• Model Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
