Therapist

Rainier Springs in Vancouver, WA seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy for adults with mental health and substance use disorders. In this collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, lead groups, coordinate care, and ensure thorough documentation. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for adult outpatient clients
• Develop and update individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
• Monitor risk, perform safety planning, and respond to crises as needed
• Document all clinical services accurately and timely in the EHRCollaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other team members on care plans
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals to community resources
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
• Engage patients and families in recovery-focused, trauma-informed care
• Pursue ongoing training and licensure/certification requirements
