Bakery Associate

ARAMARK is seeking a Bakery Associate to support daily production of fresh baked goods in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, baking and finishing pastries and breads, stocking and merchandising displays, and following strict food safety and sanitation standards. You will assist customers, handle basic POS transactions, and help keep the bakery area clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Prepare, scale, and mix ingredients for baked goods according to standardized recipes.
• Bake, finish, and decorate breads, pastries, and other bakery items to quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and merchandise bakery cases and displays to maximize appeal and freshness.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, including proper labeling and storage.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and special requests.
• Handle basic point-of-sale transactions and manage accurate cash or charge handling when needed.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and monitor product levels to minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with ARAMARK and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and service goals.
