Baker

ARAMARK is seeking a Baker for The College of William & Mary to prepare high-quality baked goods for students, staff, and guests. Responsibilities include scaling and mixing doughs and batters, baking breads, pastries, and desserts, decorating and finishing products, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. The Baker will follow production schedules, maintain inventory and cleanliness of bakery areas and equipment, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to support campus events. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and production standards
• Scale, mix, proof, and finish doughs and batters for daily service and catering
• Decorate and portion baked goods to ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work areas, tools, and equipment
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, and communicate needs to supervisors
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for campus dining and events
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support special functions and menus
