Job Details- Position: Locum Tenens CRNA - General
- Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304 - a welcoming area known for its convenient access, community feel, and connection to the greater Fort Liberty region.
- Schedule: Daytime coverage with regular hours required
- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
- Duration: 14-week locum tenens assignment
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,420-$6,760
- Practice Setting: Supervised anesthesia practice with 5 anesthesia rooms
- Case Mix: General, neuro, gynecology, oral & maxillofacial surgery, ENT, PEDS-ENT, plastics, podiatry, and urology
- Additional Benefits: Housing and transportation stipends available
- Current registered professional nurse license
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Ability to work in a supervised anesthesia model
- Candidates who need to obtain North Carolina state licensure may be considered
- Reliable availability for regular daytime hours
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia
- Monitor physiological status throughout the procedure
- Provide clinical interventions as needed to support patient safety
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to deliver high-quality perioperative care
