Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Monitor patient health and progress while preparing and administering prescribed medications.
• Report patient's status and concerns to registered nurses and doctors and react efficiently in emergencies.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Educate patients and families on illness and injury prevention, and maintain contemporaneous medical records.
