Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit

Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our faith-based healthcare organization. Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patients' condition and document care provided
• Administer medications and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Manage ventilation and other critical care support equipment
• Provide education and support to patient families
• Actively participate in the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ensure that care delivered is based on patient's condition, age, and spiritual and cultural needs
