Clinical Nurse

Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Leader to provide leadership and usher innovative patient care solutions within our integrated healthcare system. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of patient care, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and enhancing our community's health outcomes through thoughtful, proactive measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive patient care and coordination between multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on nursing theory and evidence-based practices.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement changes to enhance patient safety.
• Mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of learning and ethical care.
• Coordinate research activities pertaining to patient care and partake in the analysis and dissemination of findings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
