Position Highlights

A well-established, physician-led health system in Northeastern Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing anesthesia team. This is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a broad surgical case mix, excellent compensation, generous time off, and a supportive practice environment with a manageable call schedule.

Practice Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible CRNA
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• H-1B visa candidates are welcome
• Call approximately one night every two weeks
• Approximately 3-4 weekends of call per year
• Broad surgical case mix including all surgical specialties except cardiac and cranial procedures
• CRNAs do not perform regional nerve blocks
• Opportunity to join a well-supported anesthesia team within a physician-led health system

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000 plus additional pay for call and overtime.
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus with 1-year contract
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus with 2-year contract (only applies to CRNA with minimum 2 years of post-training experience)
• Full comprehensive benefits package
• 6 Weeks of Paid Vacation
• 1 Week of CME
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $50,000 ($10,000 per year for five years)
