Physical Therapist Assistant

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you'll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and document progress in alignment with evidence-based care. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help ensure a safe, engaging clinic environment. Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient rehab patients
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities
• Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and outcomes in EMR systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized clinic environment and therapy equipment
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Follow all clinic, safety, and infection control protocols and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuing education, training, and mentorship opportunities
