Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based care to help patients restore function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic exercises, assisting with manual therapy and gait training, educating patients on home programs, and documenting progress in EMR. Responsibilities

• Deliver delegated treatment interventions under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
• Assist with manual therapy, gait training, balance and functional mobility activities
• Accurately document treatments, patient progress, and outcomes in EMR systems
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
• Communicate effectively with PTs, physicians, and the care team about patient status
• Educate patients and families on rehab goals, safety, and self-management strategies
• Support a patient-first, evidence-based approach aligned with CORA's clinical standards
