Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time Outpatient

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based, hands-on care for orthopedic, sports, and workers' comp patients. Responsibilities include supervising therapeutic exercise, modalities, gait and balance training, and patient education while ensuring accurate documentation. You'll collaborate within a supportive, patient-first team, participate in continuing education and mentorship, and help patients restore mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise instruction, gait and balance training, and functional activities
• Apply modalities per clinic protocols and state practice guidelines
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes in the EMRSupport a patient-first, evidence-based care environment
• Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to coordinate high-quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant outpatient treatment environment
