Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time Outpatient

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our full-time outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based care under the direction of a Physical Therapist, implement treatment plans, track progress, and educate patients and families. You'll work with a collaborative, patient-first team focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress using electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies.
• Ensure a safe, clean treatment environment and follow all infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatments and support patient-centered goals.
• Support patient scheduling, flow, and adherence to care plans in a busy outpatient setting.
