Globe Life seeks a performance-driven Sales Representative to join our Insurance Sales & Business Development team. In this client-facing role, you'll prospect and qualify leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and recommend life and supplemental health insurance solutions that protect families' financial futures. You'll manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed goals, and provide ongoing policyholder support. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify individual and family insurance leads within assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate life and supplemental health insurance solutions.
  • Present, explain, and enroll customers in Globe Life products, ensuring clear understanding of benefits and costs.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide ongoing policyholder service, including reviews, updates, and support with claims or billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and support a performance-driven culture.
  • Participate in ongoing sales, product, and regulatory training to maintain current knowledge and improve results.
  • Represent Globe Life professionally in the community through events, networking, and referral-building activities.
  • Uphold ethical sales practices that align with Globe Life's commitment to integrity and customer protection.
