HVAC Technician

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks experienced HVAC Technicians for service and lead installation roles in residential and light commercial settings. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform quality installations, start-ups, and change-outs, and provide professional recommendations to customers. Partner with dispatch and installers, follow all safety and code requirements, complete accurate documentation, and ensure a clean work area. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Lead and perform HVAC equipment installations, change-outs, and start-ups
• Explain repair and replacement options to customers and provide estimates
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with dispatch and installation teams to manage daily schedule
• Complete accurate service tickets, installation paperwork, and reports
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition
• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
• Identify sales opportunities for system upgrades and accessories
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs
