Associate Director Student Recruitment

The University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering & Applied Science seeks an Associate Director of Student Recruitment to lead strategic enrollment growth. This role designs and executes data-informed recruitment plans, manages outreach to prospective undergraduate and graduate students, and builds partnerships with schools, community organizations, and industry. The Associate Director will supervise recruitment staff, oversee events and digital campaigns, and collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote UC's innovative, experiential engineering programs and support diverse, high-achieving student cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment and enrollment plans for the College of Engineering & Applied Science
• Lead outreach to prospective undergraduate and graduate students through school visits, events, and digital campaigns
• Use data and CRM tools to analyze trends and optimize recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and industry partners
• Supervise and mentor recruitment staff, setting goals and evaluating performance
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment events and information sessions
• Collaborate with faculty and campus offices to align messaging and support student success
• Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively
• Promote a diverse and inclusive student body through targeted initiatives
• Represent the college and university at regional and national recruitment activities
