Center Director

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations within our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. This role oversees staff, program delivery, compliance, and center budgets while ensuring high quality educational services aligned with LSF's mission. The Center Director builds community partnerships, analyzes data to improve outcomes, and ensures adherence to regulatory and grant requirements. You'll mentor a diverse team, foster a compassionate and inclusive culture, and collaborate across departments to enhance learning experiences and strengthen community impact statewide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the education center
• Lead, supervise, and develop center staff
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant requirements
• Monitor program quality and use data to drive improvements
• Build and maintain community and school partnerships
• Support implementation of educational and training curricula
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and funding
