Retail Sales Representative

You'll explain features, financing, and promotions, process sales, and maintain an inviting showroom. Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store to understand sleep needs and recommend appropriate mattresses and bedding products
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling
• Explain product features, warranties, financing, and promotions clearly to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and follow all company procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom displays
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and customer service standards
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Support team members to ensure a positive, customer-first store environment
