CDL Local Driver Merchandiser

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a CDL Local Driver Merchandiser to deliver and merchandise our beverage portfolio across local routes. In this role, you'll safely operate a CDL vehicle, load and unload product, build and rotate in-store displays, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. You'll be a key customer-facing representative, supporting store partners and reinforcing our commitment to safety, service, and performance while growing your skills and long-term career in beverage distribution.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-class vehicle to deliver Coca-Cola products on local routes
• Load, unload, and merchandise products at customer locations according to company standards
• Verify delivery accuracy, complete logs, and obtain required customer signatures
• Maintain product rotation, stock levels, and attractive in-store displays
• Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations and procedures
• Provide professional, respectful customer service to store personnel and consumers
• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to meet delivery schedules
